1. General Information

MyDigitalSeva is not a registered e-Seva or CSC website.

We securely store your application-related documents in Google Drive (GDrive) and Proton Drive.

Your documents are safe and are not shared with any third party.

2. Document Storage and Deletion

You can request to delete your documents anytime.

To delete your documents stored in GDrive, follow the instructions here: Help Desk.

3. Application Processing Time

Your application will be completed within one week after submitting documents and completing payment.

4. Refund Policy

Non-Refundable Cases:

• If your application has been submitted to a third-party portal (e.g., NSDL for PAN card), we cannot issue a refund.
• If your application is rejected due to incorrect or false information/documents, no refund will be given.

Refund Requests:

• If you request a refund within 24 hours of payment and before processing begins, you will get a full refund.
• If processing has started, ₹25 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
• Once your application is submitted to the relevant portal, no refund is possible.

5. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
